Rebecca Earnest is a Research Analyst in the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her work focuses on developing an agent-based model of gonorrhea transmission among men who have sex with men in the United States.
Rebecca received a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins University with a customized concentration in infectious disease epidemiology. Most recently, she worked with the Baltimore City Health Department to analyze gonorrhea and chlamydia surveillance data following resource cuts to public STD clinics. Rebecca also has four years of experience in global and domestic health consulting, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
